ECO GLASS GRIT
Multi-purpose Glass Grit expendable abrasive, which is a safe alternative to silica sand as an abrasive for                                                                cleaning brick, stone, concrete, wood, stainless steel and soft alloys to provide a fine profile prior to coating Eco Glass all gradesapplication or a decorative satin finish. Ideally suitable where a light coloured abrasive may be aesthetically or environmentally more acceptable.

ECOSTRIP Glass grit performs as well, if not better in some cases than conventional shot blast abrasives Glass grit particles are angular to sub-angular and have the ability to cut coatings exceptionally well when used in abrasive blasting.

ECOSTRIP Glass grit can leave less abrasive residues on cleaned surfaces thereby reducing post-blast cleanup costs and time Unlike many conventional blast abrasives like copper slag, recycled glass is classed as an inert and nonhazardous waste, this can significantly reduce the disposal cost

ECOSTRIP Glass does not contain significant chlorides or other salts which can accelerate the corrosion of cleaned surfaces Using glass grit can have the potential for lower dust generation than other abrasives during use.
